This policy applies to all orders delivered internationally & domestically.

1. Heavy Furniture & Made-to-Order Items (Non-Returnable)

All Heavy furniture items, including beds, sofas, cabinets, dining tables, seating, and any made-to-order or customized pieces, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

-These items are handcrafted specifically for each customer

-Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

-Returns or exchanges are not accepted for large furniture items

2. Defective Items – Return Eligibility

Defective or damaged item are eligible for return or refund under the following conditions:

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

-Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

-Share clear photos/videos of product and packaging 

-Return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery, only if any piece is defected or broken with a proof of Photos/videos of product and packaging.

-Item must be unused with Proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs 

-Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service.

4. Handcrafted & Natural Material Disclaimer

-All products are handcrafted using natural wood.

-Variations in grain, tone, carving detail, and finish are natural

-Minor size variations may occur

-These characteristics are not defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
